RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s) can be returned for size exchange or refund within 14 days of the merchandise delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
    
GUARANTEE
All Macabre Gadgets pieces purchased at store-macabregadgets.com are guaranteed.
Damaged or defective item may be exchanged within one year of purchase. Any damages done as a result of violation of care instructions (included to each piece of jewelry) are not the subject of exchange, replacement or return. 
store-macabregadgets.com reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorising the return.
Guarantee is valid for the items purchased at store-macabregadgets.com.

RETURN REQUEST
For return an order please e-mail us to cs.macabregadgets@gmail.com 
The written request must include the number of your order and the reason for the return: refund or size exchange.
STORE-MACABREGADGETS.COM does not cover the return delivery costs.

EXCHANGES
Size exchange is possible only when needed size of the same design is available. Exchange for a different design is unavailable.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and properly packed in the original packaging. An exchange will be processed as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted.
Exchange processing time generally takes up to 2-5 business days.
For items executed in precious metals: silver/gold, order exchange processing time may take up to 2-10 business days. During the sale/holiday periods order exchange processing time may take up to 10 business days.

REFUNDS
Any sale and discounted items are non-refundable. It is impossible to return sale item for full or partly refund. 
All the pierced jewelry (earrings) for hygiene reasons are strictly non returnable.
Since the delivery is performed, shipping costs are non refundable.
Refund could be issued within 60 days since original purchase date only, it is technically impossible to issue a refund afterward. In case if return process takes more than 60 days since original purchase date, store credit will be issued accordingly.
 
Refund processing will be started as soon as the returned item/s is received and accepted, refund processing time generally takes up to 7 business days.
Refund will be issued in the same currency and gateway as the original purchase, it could not be issued to a different payment bank/PayPal account or credit card. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
